REGISTRATION:

In order to make purchases from RRD Tattoo Supplies, you will need to register with us. Once you have sent through your Latest Medical Waste Removal Invoice, Shop name and address, Contact Number and Link to your portfolio, we will supply you with log in details for the website where you will be able to view prices and place orders. 

ONLINE ORDERING:

Once you have completed Checkout, please kindly use your order reference number when making payment. No orders will be sent without proof of payment. All orders are posted via Courier (cut off time for order and proof of payment is 13:30). Major Areas will receive their parcels within 48 Hours. Outlying areas will take 2-3 days.

While we try our best to keep our website up to date with stock quantities, there may occasions where we are out of stock. We will always offer you suitable alternatives or refunds accordingly.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Our website runs 24 hours (barring of course short periods when the site could be down for maintenance), our office hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Please note: times differ for our Walk in Store – Monday 12:00- 15:00, Tuesday to Friday 10:00 – 15:00. Arrangements can be made for times outside of these times via pre-arranged requests.

PAYMENT:

Payment is to be made in full via EFT. In the event of a cash deposit at a teller, please add an additional R20 to cover bank fees (this is not applicable to ATM deposits).

PRIVACY:

We take your privacy seriously and will never distribute, sell or handover your information to third parties. While we have taken the upmost precaution in ensuring securing of our online database, we cannot be held responsible in the event of a hack. By creating an account with us, you accept the responsibility of keeping your username and password safe and take responsibility for any activity on our site under your log in details. Please notify us immediately if you believe your login details are being used by another party.

RETURNS:

We will accept returns only on the following conditions: Faults found within the first 7 days of purchase, the product was incorrectly supplied against the order and the product has been returned unopened and undamaged. The responsibility of returning the product lies with the client alone. No refunds will be made until the product is back at RRDs premises and has had a check. NO refund will be made if the product has been damaged or used.

RISKS:

RRD Tattoo Supplies will not be held responsible for any risk, damage or injury caused by the misuse of our products supplied or for errors made by the tattoo artist or body piercer.

BODY JEWELLERY:

It is recommended (in fact a protocol) that all jewellery should be sterilized before use (unless the jewellery is sold pre-sterilized and is marked as such).

WARRANTIES:

Stigma Machines: All Stigma-Rotary Machine warranty claims and issues need to be taken up with Stigma directly as per their manufacturing agreement. Please visit http://www.stigma-rotary-tattoo.com/support/ to read more about this.

*WARRANTY ITEMS*: All warranty items MUST be returned to RRD at the customers cost, before any warranty decision is made.

Product return policy

1.If there is a warranty issue with any of our products the product has to be returned to our premises first for inspection.

2.If a product is defective within seven days of purchase a full refund will be given after the product has been sent back and it has been inspected to confirm a warranty.

3.Warranty does not apply if the damage to the product is due to abuse or negligence.

4. The return of the product is at the customers expense.

5.If a product is defective after seven days the supplier will contact the manufacturer. Only once the manufacturer has responded will further action be taken.

6.The costs of sending a warranty issue back to the supplier lies with the consumer and not the supplier.

7. All returned products must be in the original packaging.

8. Refunds on returned products will only be refunded once the equipment is back on the suppliers premises.
